343/353 Preston street
Preston Square towers, is an 11 story office tower and a 4 story
office building, total of 700, 000 Sq. ft., $120M complex, with 4 levels of parking (300,000 Sq.
ft.). In our Project Management role our duties included; Scheduling, cost and payment
review, change management, Mechanical and Electrical coordination, Health and safety
coordination, commissioning, and construction document management. This is a
construction management project, all trades where contracted and managed directly for the
owner through our client APF.
22 De Varennes in Gatineau
$20M/100,000 sq.ft. fit-up for Passport Canada's high
security processing facility. In our Project Management role representing PWGSC
through our client, we oversaw the design and coordination with the tenant's requirements,
manage the project master schedule, coordinate procurement for tenant
equipment/furniture, and monitor the construction process. Project duration was 7 Months
from Project Charter to full operations and was considered to be ultra fast track per
PWGSC standards. This project was a directive from the Prime Minister of Canada to be
fully operation for January 2008. As a result of our work on this project we received a
commendation from the CEO of the Government agency and the PWGSC RPT portfolio
Director.

Passport Canada Award
New Cliff Super Heated Steam Boiler plant (phase II)
Located next to the Supreme
Court of Canada, serving the Parliament and approx 40+ surrounding Federal government
buildings. The project was an emergency funded and implemented project as a result of a
boiler explosion in the original plant in late 2009. This plant produces superheated steam
at 185psi, 500ºF, using 3 65K/hrs ultra high efficiency boilers to drive the existing steam
driven chiller turbines for the approx. 25,000 tonnes of cooling capacity. Our role was a
Senior Project Manager representing PWGSC through our client, overseeing the daily
construction delivery, schedule and scope of work. This project was delivered in a
Construction Management approach in an ultra fast track method, The project was
successfully delivered in 4 months from breaking ground to hand over with all deficiencies
address. Approx. budget of $25M for this phase and total of $65M for both phases.

Cliff Street Temporary Boiler Plant Book
Technical support & Project Management for Elections Canada Consolidation to 30
Victoria;
The consolidation of all of Elections Canada office space in the NCA into a new
LEED building located at 30 Victoria in Hull. EC will take over 5 1⁄2 floors of space in this 13
story building, with dedicated cooling systems, UPS, IT, Security and Office space
designed to Workplace 2.0 standards. Our role was as Technical (Mech & Elec) advisor to
the SPM, field review of the construction and PM for the decommissioning of existing
facilities. Project completed in December 2013.
Ericsson's new facility, 349 Terry Fox, Kanata
In our role as M&E Project Management
through our client, the Landlord and developer, we oversaw the coordination of M&E
design, tendering and construction of a $40M+ refit of an existing 220,000 Sq. Ft. facility for
High tech company Ericsson in Kanata working for Kanata Research Park, the project
included , Telecom labs, RF chambers, significant building structure modifications to
support 5 levels of cable tray over the entire lab area, cooking and cafeteria facility, 3
stories of office tower with large open area office accommodations. project completion
summer of 2013.
Senior Project Manager for Lansdowne TD place fit-up
at senior management level,
reporting to the Executive and ownership team of Ottawa Sports and Entertainment Group,
for an approx. $30M Fit-up of a multi-sports team stadium and arena as part of a larger
overall site refurbishment and new construction project of approx. $150M, Our role was to
manage the overall operational and fit-up schedule, technical input to the construction,
reporting and risk management at the executive level, and general PM services to get the
food production and concessions stands open for game day, mandate completed in August.
