About Us
LMK was founded in 2002, and has been offering Project Management, Commissioning and Engineering field services in the Ottawa area since, working on projects in commercial realty, high end residential, institutional, industrial, high tech, civil and energy management, with project costs ranging from under $100K to over $100M.
We have also commissioned some complex building systems such as river water geothermal chiller plants, museum vault climate control system, ground source heat-pump systems, large scale food production facilities, large scale IT/Telco labs and technical facilities and commercial office space.
We have a proven record of delivering complex/multi-disciplined projects with very tight timelines and budgets, within scope, on time and on budget, and have received commendations from clients for the projects we've been involved in.

We bring over 15 years of Project Management experience on projects from residential, commercial
office, retail space, institutional, industrial, high tech, Civil and Energy management. Following industry
standards in project delivery such as Project Management Institute's Project Management Body Of
Knowledge (PMBOK), Public Works and Government Services Canada's National Project Management
System (NPMS), and client specific project delivery methods.

We bring over 20yrs of Engineering experience in building systems design, commissioning and field
quality control, specialized in Mechanical, Electrical and building controls systems. Following industry
standards in Commissioning such as CSA, BCxA, ASHRAE, SMACNA, AABC, NETA, IEEE to name a
few. |
